Designers create
visual media across platforms such as CD ROMs, streaming video
on the web, visual presentations and multimedia video for
broadcast. This is accomplished by mastering different computer
applications that are capable of creating certain desired
effects. It is also important to be creative and strategize
where the elements wil be placed on the screen. Effects for
the sake of effects usually don't accomplish as dramatic of
an effect when slapped together in a sloppy way.
